Former Xochitl chef Lucio Palazzo tweeted earlier today that he’s going back to work. In January. As the top toque at Calaca Feliz, the forthcoming Mexican joint in Fairmount from Cantina Feliz partners Tim Spinner and Brian Sirhal.
