Littleneck Enlists Big Macher

Dangerous waters?
Dangerous waters?

Last we heard of Alan Harding — of the Hot Bird food truck and Cooking in Brooklyn, to name a few — he was dealing with some domestic issues. Hopefully that’s all been resolved, because there’s a clam shack that needs to open already, and it’s officially got his name on the menu. According to the Brooklyn Paper, Littleneck, the Kickstarter-funded restaurant in Gowanus, has swapped in Harding for Ten Vong, as “mentor” and chef. “We gave him a 100 bucks to take a stab at our menu, and obviously, his food really won us over,” said Littleneck co-owner Aaron Lefkove. What’s a clam shack without a couple of characters, anyways? [Brooklyn Paper]
