Outsourcing and consulting gigs continue to occupy some of the most outstanding bartenders around town, keeping the handmade cocktails flowing to both new locations and restaurant bars in need of an upgrade. Today we hear through the grapevine that none other than Eric Tecosky of Jones Hollywood, who other great L.A. barman like Marcos Tello and Eric Alperin have been known to refer to as “grandpa,” will head up the bar at Beverly Hills’ forthcoming Erbe Matte, the Korean herb-heavy Italian restaurant heading to Canon Drive this month from chef Louis Kim.
