The other day, our pals at Boston Restaurant Talk posed a very good question: Is Jamie Bissonnette opening a new restaurant? Seems there was a brow-raising posting on BostonChefs.com, advertising for a GM at an “eclectic neighborhood restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.” Applicants were told to contact the Coppa/Toro chef.
Grub Street hears that a project is still in the developmental stages, so no juicy details to reveal as yet. Still, we take this to mean that something is in fact in the works from the Food & Wine People’s Best New Chef. This is exciting news, especially in the South End.
