New Noodles in the EV; Isa Gets a Liquor License

Chelsea: Tom Colicchio will host a chefs dinner on the High Line this Sunday, October 23. Beginning at 6 p.m., guests will join chefs from neighborhood restaurants like the Standard Grill, Trestle on Tenth, and Del Posto, among others, for alfresco cocktails and appetizers.
