Not to be confused for Bar Centrale, New York Central restaurant, by Grand Central Station (inside the Grand Hyatt), has revamped its entire menu. Starting October 10, Chef Christian Ragano, formerly of Chicago’s NoMi, will present a new breakfast, lunch, and dinner that he says is comforting yet modern. Look for autumn pumpkin soup, vanilla-scented foie gras, parsnip risotto with duck confit, and pistachio- and mint-crusted lamb loin. Enjoy, then get a room.
