Not only is Rockaway Taco making its way inland for the NYC Food Film Festival, but DiFara Pizza will spend the day in the borough as well — so if you’ve never found the time to make the jaunt to way-out Brooklyn, now’s your chance. As part of a special added event, Dom DeMarco’s pies (which we’re assured he’ll prepare himself at DiFara before they’re expressed in) will be served alongside a screening of the documentary about the famed pizzaiaolo, The Best Thing I Ever Done. The lunch takes place October 16; tickets are available here and cost $25 — less than car fare back to the city after a night of pizza eating.
