Belinda Leong Departs Manresa, Seeks Permanent Home for Her Pastries

Pastry chef Belinda Leong, who’s been selling pastry under the auspices of her company b.patisserie to places like Four Barrel and farm:table for the last several months, has officially left her post as executive pastry chef at Manresa — there’s no word yet on her replacement there. Leong tells us that she’ll soon be doing daily deliveries to both of the above locations, five days a week starting in November. She also says she’s looking for a permanent spot for b.patisserie, as well. "I am currently looking for a location in S.F.," she says. "Just a small location."
