Where to Feast for San Gennaro in L.A.

Italian Americans and New York exiles who miss cramming into Little Italy for a zeppole at the annual Feast of San Gennaro have a couple of L.A. options to indulge in the same type of fare, without the pushing, pulling, and legitmate business-financed t-shirt concessions. This weekend finds Jimmy Kimmel leading his three-day Feast of San Gennaro in Hollywood with pal Adam Carolla, from Friday to Sunday. Meanwhile, over at Dominick’s, chef Brandon Boudet has a full menu of San Gennaro eats like arancini, gelato, sausage and pepper sandwiches, and zeppoles, as well as things we’ve never seen at San Gennaro like crab fritters, balsamic short ribs, and porchetta sandwiches. See his full menu below, running until September 25th at the Beverly Hills restaurant.
