Boka’s Kevin Boehm promised a new Balena video this week, and, sure enough, it’s here. Phillip Waters, the co-owner of The Bristol and Balena, tweeted the link last night. Much like the first video, the production standards are staggeringly high, which comes in real handy watching chef Chris Pandel zoom carelessly around town on a scooter with pizza boxes strapped on the back. (Be careful Chris!) It’s obviously a way to promote Balena’s own upcoming pizza delivery, which we are very excited about. But the video is also a handy introduction to all involved in the new restaurant.
