Lest you think that Rick Bayless is just the star of the upcoming live theater and circus extravaganza, Cascabel, we’ll remind you that he also happens to be the host of Mexico: One Plate at a Time. In fact, the eighth season of the popular PBS show is premiering tonight at 7:30 p.m. on WTTW. This season focuses on his tour up the Baja Peninsula, which means that there will undoubtedly be a fish taco or two.
