Hopelessly Delayed

Via the Planning Commission agenda for the week, Grub Street finds that the aforementioned Revo (2424 Polk Street), a restaurant-bar from Los Angeles entrepreneur Gary Karrass (Arsenal), is getting recommended for “indefinite continuance.” Doesn’t sound good! At issue was the expansion of the existing space to 2,500 square feet, which is 501 square feet above the norm for the street, and it looks like the planners aren’t going for that. This may not be the end of the story, however after already appearing before the Commission once in July, things aren’t looking great for Karrass. [Grub Street]
