Loop: The Palmer House is offering a special charity menu item for Breast Cancer Awareness Month with 100% of the proceeds going to the Lynn Sage Cancer Research Foundation. Created by Lockwood’s sous chef Val Benner, the bánh mì costs $12 and features wild Pacific salmon, pickled bok choy and radish, fresh chilies, carrot, and cucumber on a whole grain crostini, drizzled with a lemon herb olive oil.
