With summer’s end behind us, Meritage chef Anne Coll is putting her Fresh From the Farm menu to rest, and replacing it with more seasonally appropriate selection of chef’s tasting menus. Next week she will usher in the autumnal vibes with a special prix fixe focusing on squash. The $39, four-course fall flavor-forward feast will be available from October 6 through 8. Some highlights include crispy long neck pumpkin spaetzle with pomegranate glazed confit chicken thigh, organic mixed greens, and squash croutons; and Acorn Squash Ravioli with a sage Parmesan broth, braised beef short rib, and wilted spinach. It sure sounds autumn-y. Check out the entire menu straight ahead.
