Abe & Arthur’s chef Franklin Becker is wearing an additional toque: He’s heading up the kitchen at Lexington Brass, opening Thursday inside the brand-new Hyatt 48 Lex. The 100-seat “American bistro” offers many classics: tuna tartare, French onion soup, filet mignon, plus some newer faves, including macaroni and cheese and seasonal veggie sides — and of course, kombucha on tap.
