As the reviews for Blue Inc. begin to pour in (more on that later), we hear that Jason Santos is changing things up a bit with a late-night “whacked out” menu featuring some of the dishes that he likes to feast upon after hours. The menu’s available on Friday and Saturday nights from 10 p.m until close. The rest of September brings pizzas (6- or 12-inch) paired with $15 flights of ponies; October features tacos and margaritas, and November’s theme is scorpion bowls and Chinese food. We’re not yet sure if this wide-ranging menu is best enjoyed buzzed or sober, but at least now his legions of abandoned Gargoyles fans will have someplace to drown their sorrows after dinner.
