The latest video in our ongoing Best of New York series — we’ve already talked about bakeries, cocktails, and a lot of non-food-related stuff — takes us to César Ramirez’s much-lauded Chef’s Table at Brooklyn Fare. Yes, the restaurant’s outstanding food has in the past been overshadowed by the chef’s personality, but at the moment, the place is doing some of the city’s best fine dining, and every one of the Chef’s Table’s eighteen seats is booked each night the place is open. (We couldn’t get a reservation, and we showed up with a camera crew!)
