This past Saturday, Project By Project took over St. Vibiana for its annual Plate By Plate tasting event. While raising funds for AYC Youth & Family Services, a community organization that serves the needs of low-income and at-risk youth and families, guests enjoyed an incredible spread of eats from top chefs, much of it with a noticeable Asian flare. New tastes from Walter Manzke and Andre Guerrero were on hand, while dancers and Asian-American actors took to the stage and a seemingly endless procession of creative, well-planned dishes took up most of the cathedral space.
