Grub Street hears that when the Upper East Side Fairway opens its Fairway Café to Go on Monday, there’ll be a bread on offer dubbed “Scarborough Fairway” (heh). The wreath-shaped loaf is dusted with, you guessed it, parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme. So if the Simon & Garfunkel song has always made you hungry, there you go.
Update: A rep tells us that owing to an “infringement rights issue,” the bread’s name has been changed to Fairway’s Herb Wreath.
