Seamus Mullen to Start Serving Egg-on-a-Roll at His New Restaurant

Tertulia, Seamus Mullen’s about-to-open Spanish cider house, revealed its forthcoming breakfast menu today, and it certainly looks like there are worse ways to start a day. There’s an ibérico-ham-and-cheese croissant, traditional Spanish tortilla, and egg-on-a-roll. Granted, this egg-on-a-roll comes with bacon, avocado, and Mahon cheese. Zagat says the restaurant officially opens next week (they had a preview party last night), but breakfast service is “still a little ways off.” When it does happen, get excited for free Wi-Fi to go with your egg sandwiches and café con leche.
