Funny to have the chef who’s most known for being anti-ketchup pen an entire piece on the origins of the condiment. But in the L.A. Times, Sang Yoon does just that, singing the praises of non-tomato ketchup, and also, naturally, explaining why he loathes commercial brands. At one point, he says, the condiment was so popular, it “would have more Facebook friends than Bieber.” But, no, you still can’t have it at Father’s Office. [LAT]
