Everyone is talking about the Madison Avenue Ladurée launch from yesterday — the macarons are made in Paris, shipped overnight to New York, served by Frenchmen only; they ran out of pistachio, but added a shell of Manhattan-esque cinnamon raisin, and they are planning to next pirouette over to Soho. But a picture says a thousand words (and a thousand calories, at the rate uptowners are inhaling 'em). So here is, at least figuratively, a taste of Paris.
