Ken Oringer and Jay Haaj
Best news we’ve heard all morning: Ken Oringer plans a pop-up on August 17 at Mike’s City Diner with Jamie Bissonnette and Mike’s Jay Haaj. Oringer tells Grub Street that nine courses will include soft-serve horchata ice cream covered with a chocolate shell and cinnamon crisp crunch, plus an al pastor course carved counterside. “Gonna be sick!” he tells us.
