Remember the world’s most expensive (and most shark endangering) egg-roll we told you about on Tuesday? Chef Jack Lee has had a fortunate change of heart and mind and decided to take out the shark fin and add Alaskan king crab in its place. Lee says via press release, “As ocean predators, sharks play an essential role in the marine ecosystem. For this reason, we are happy to have found a more environmentally friendly, yet equally delicious way to make our famed lobster egg roll.” Hats off! [Market Watch; Related]
