From the leakiest part of the grapevine we hear that The Blvd., the restaurant at The Beverly Wilshire Hotel, is getting a new chef who is planning a big revamp of the menu. Germany’s Torsten Schulz, quite possibly the vet of the same name from Portugal’s Sao Gabriel, is rumored to be coming to the hotel restaurant soon to take over the role of head chef. Hopefully, the onyx bar doesn’t go anywhere and Schulz feels no need to bring more brat to our streets.
