Bad panda.
There’s a federal investigation going on down south at a San Jose Panda Express, where Latino workers who did counter duty allege that they were routinely made to clean bathrooms while Asian workers stood around and watched. The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission says the restaurant may be in violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, based on these allegations of discrimination based on ethnicity. The same Panda Express location was sued last September for firing a female employee who complained of “inappropriate sexual behavior” by a coworker. The restaurant has refused to comment on the pending litigation.
