Eater learns that (to no one’s surprise) Danny Meyer will operate the restaurants inside the Whitney when the museum moves to the meatpacking district in four years. Because, after all, when you’ve got ahold of Meyer, you probably aren’t going to let go. Word is there’ll be a ground-floor restaurant and a top-floor café with an outdoor terrace, and “reps say the main new restaurant will be similar to Untitled,” the blog reports. Speaking of, if you’re curious to learn more about the head toque in Untitled’s kitchen, Chris Bradley, Restaurant Girl files a Q&A; with the chef where he talks about his years at Gramercy Tavern and his undying adoration for, you guessed it, Four & Twenty Blackbirds pie.
