Common Threads Brings in Top Chefs for First Annual Cook-Off; Big Jones Launches Bourbon Society

River North: On September 15, Fulton’s on the River will host Common Threads’ First Annual Cook-Off. Featuring the cooking of Stephanie Izard, Giuseppe Tentori, Todd Stein, Sarah Levy, and many, many more, the event will help raise money to promote the charity’s “mission to educate children on the importance of nutrition and physical well-being.” General Admission is $75 per person and VIP tickets are $150 per person. Andersonville: Need more bourbon in your life? Big Jones just launched the Big Jones Bourbon Society, where members get passports to taste through 60 of the restaurant’s different bourbons.
