Good news for local fans of Charles Chocolates, which suddenly had to cease production and shutter its stores in March after an investor forced the company into bankruptcy. As Tablehopper reports, founder Chuck Siegel was able to buy the company’s assets back from said investor, and is now on the hunt for a new commercial kitchen from which to start rolling out more chocolatey treats, hopefully before the holidays.
