Not long ago we rejoiced in the critical acclaim for Cambridge’s comfy, cozy, fireplace-y, ravishingly delicious Bondir … even though we predicted that it’d be downright impossible to get a reservation. Expect things to get even tougher now that Bon Appétit has named it one of America’s best new restaurants (“homespun,” “remarkable,” “like you’re eating in Grandma’s country house.”) Yeah, but our grandma never made a braised lamb shoulder so tasty.
