It’s been a while since we’ve heard any rumblings about Philly’s forthcoming Barcade, the arcade-themed Brooklyn export that’s been long in the works in Fishtown. It’s been a little more than a year since plans were revealed. Before that, we were told the word was it wasn’t happening anytime soon.
