It’s almost time for the next shot in L.A.’s sausage and beer blitzkrieg! Wirtshaus, a and restaurant pub coming to the old Sante La Brea space from a team of actual, real-life Germans, will grand-open on July 29th, avoiding the whole soft-open thing that we’ve told you doesn’t really work anymore anyway.
