The block-party known as Westwood Live returns tonight, with some great specials at the neighborhood’s restaurants and shops. Napa Valley Grille is offering short rib sliders with a can of PBR for five bucks, as well as a free wine tasting, while Palomino has live jazz and happy hour specials after 8:30 P.M., and Barney’s Beanery will offer draft beers starting at $2.50.
