Malden might be a teensy bit out of the way, but it has its fair share of very good restaurants. In fact, we’ll happily simmer in rush hour traffic for a gulp of Massimo’s hulking, garlic-soaked eggplant parmigiana. Now more good news from the underrated hamlet: Per BRT via an intrepid Chowhounder, it seems a Sri Lankan restaurant and market called Biryani Park has opened there — our area’s only such spot to get full-on Sri Lankan fare (that we’re aware of, anyway; feel free to enlighten us). Very cool! Per BRT, the menu features baby corn soup, paneer pakora, curd rice, goat biryani, dhal tadka, fish curry, lamb saag, and vegetable fried rice. It’s open for lunch and dinner. [BRT]
