Artist Peter Nadin, who was recently profiled in the Times, has a show up at Gavin Brown’s Enterprise that deals with food, farming communities, and rural agriculture. And tonight, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., Nadin’s Old Field Farm and Gavin Brown’s Enterprise will hold a talk at the gallery about agrarian issues. A roster of farmers, artists, and food producers will speak. But that’s not all: Goods from Nadin’s farm, including honey, eggs, rilettes, and paté — all collected under the Nadin’s Bootleg Buying Club banner — will be available at the event. Let’s just hope there isn’t anything “artisanal” at the event. Reservations can be made by sending an email here.
