As we discussed last year, Outside Lands is probably the foodie-est music fest in the country, what with their Wine Lands tent and a slew of Bay Area food vendors slinging everything from Korean tacos, to grilled cheese sandwiches, to falafel and shawarma snowcones (those would be from Straw). Of note among the new food concessions will be a booth previewing the offerings from Salumeria, the upcoming Italian deli-cafe from the Flour + Water folks, set to open this winter; and we’ve now confirmed that Ti Couz will in fact return from the dead to serve up some of their beloved crepes, despite no longer having a brick-and-mortar operation.
Also this year, given the whole street food zeitgeist, there’ll be a veritable Off-the-Grid-like circling of food truck wagons on the festival grounds as well, for those who prefer to buy their food from a window on wheels as opposed to a tired old food stand.
