Opa Updates Its Menu For Summer

Opa, the stylish Greek spot that George Tsiouris and his sister Vasiliki opened along Sansom St. in Midtown Village back in February, has upgraded its menu for the summer season. Gone are the Kokoretsi and rabbit dishes. In their place are a new sweetbread creation, sweetbreads with smoked eggplant puree, golden raisin-almond-caper relish, and preserved lemon; and shrimp with local tomatoes, housemade black pasta, capers, olive oil, oregano and feta cheese. There’s also a new chilled cucumber soup with pickled onion, tomato, olive oil, and lemon. Keep reading for the entire menu.
