Hollywood: Who knows why Marcel Vigneron wants to stay rooted in club-ville, but nonetheless, the chef is opening The Sherbourne with Guy Starkman and Darren Dzienciol. The club may debut next month, though Marcel argues his Cali cuisine won’t be ready for another few months (first we expect him to take false credit for opening Michael Voltaggio’s ink.). [Eater]

Long Beach: Seal Beach’s Beachwood BBQ and Brewing opens this new location today, with over 24 taps and plans to serve eight varieties of its own proprietary brew. [Squid Ink]
Mid-City: Kimchi Chronicles, a TV series about Korean cooking and eating hosted by Marja Vongerichten, debuts tomorrow night at the Korean Cultural Center. [LAT]

Palms: Relate chef and Ludo consort Dan Moody will be at Scoops Westside tomorrow from 7:30-11:00 P.M. in order to serve a few signature desserts. [LAist]
