It’s obviously iced-coffee weather (right, Mila?), and it’s going to be that way for the foreseeable future. How lucky, then, that over on Diner’s Journal, Harold McGee has followed up his story in this week’s Times by answering just about every question imaginable re: iced coffee, iced tea, hot coffee, hot tea, room-temperature coffee … anyway, you get the idea.
