When we last checked in with Littleneck, a new clam shack opening in Gowanus this fall, its owners had created a Kickstarter campaign to help complete their build-out. Carroll Gardens Patch reports that team Littleneck has exceeded its fundraising goals (but will still gladly accept your donation), and that co-owner Aaron Lefkove has been working with the NYC New Business Acceleration Team to open on schedule. And now that some money has been raised, Littleneck has brought in Ten Vong, of Fat Hippo and Mercer Kitchen, to be the restaurant’s chef. [Carroll Gardens Patch; Earlier]
