If you're planning to take advantage of Union Square Cafe's $24.07 Restaurant Week lunch today, the maître d' might seem familiar: None other than Danny Meyer himself will be working the floor. And behind the bar? Union Square Hospitality Group managing partner Paul Bolles-Beaven. Meyer jokes that he'll even let Floyd Cardoz stop by and not pay a corkage fee on some wine, so you might want to grab a bottle on your way over and try to convince Mr. Hospitality to let you do the same.
