Restaurant megacompany BR Guest has purchased Strip House, both the name and three restaurants from the Glazier Group, which filed for bankruptcy last November. The Glaziers will keep Strip House’s two Florida locations and its New Jersey outpost, while Stephen Hanson’s BR Guest will operate the locations in Houston, Las Vegas, and Manhattan, the last of which got a glowing review from Sam Sifton in 2010. Hanson also says he’s going to open a gang of these things around the country, so if your city doesn’t yet have a Strip House, just sit tight: It no doubt will soon. [NYP]
