BiteClub Eats is sounding the alarm bell that Windsor’s Bistro M, the restaurant from the former Mirepoix husband-and-wife team, Matthew and Bryan Bousquet, has been dark and has a temporary closure sign up (much like Mirepoix did shortly before its permanent closure). It’s probably no coincidence that the Bousquets did 1000 covers in their first few days at the newly opened Momma Pig’s, the barbecue place they replaced Mirepoix with, in an effort to spend more time raising a family.
