The second S.F. location of Pearl’s Deluxe Burgers is getting ready for a late-August opening in the former Market & 6th Food Corner space (1001 Market Street), and we just had our first peek inside. As you can sort of see from the construction photo, and as owner Sylvia Park told Tablehopper recently, the look they’re going for is “comfortable diner meets Star Trek.” We look forward to Park’s Spicy Sly burger giving Show Dog’s Showburger (across the street) a run for its money.
