SmallBar Fullerton Revamps Menu; Yo La Tengo Singer to DJ at Big Star

Lincoln Park: SmallBar Fullerton just redeveloped its menu with the help of chef Justin White. It now features house-made sausages, along with a more intense focus on local meats and produce. Check out the full menu here. SmallBar Division will get the same treatment on July 5. [Grub Street]

Wicker Park: What is it about Yo La Tengo and Paul Kahan? Last year, the trio came to town under a fake name, and Kahan accidentally blew their cover on Twitter — to the ire of some fans. Various Locations: Eater is reporting that New York’s Engery Kitchen is planning for a big expansion in Chicago. As many as 30 outlets are being rumored, though no locations have been finalized. The mini-chain promises “healthy meals on the go,” with an intense focus on calorie counting. [Eater]
