A rep for Richard Sandoval’s Zengo informs us that the fusion-happy chef has opened a refreshingly one-cuisine taco shop, Y Tacos, on Zengo’s rooftop. The order-at-the-counter kiosk is decorated “like a Mexico City street,” the rep says, and it fronts onto a public rooftop park with benches and tables. Consequently there’s no booze, but there is a $10 three-taco lunch special, sides including elote and guac and chips, and a selection of aguas frescas, ice-cream sandwiches, and paletas.
