Truckin'

What to Eat from Sanguchon, a New Peruvian Food Truck

It’s been a few months since we first caught wind of a new Peruvian sandwich truck in the Potrero vicinity, but now Sanguchon made its official debut just last night at Off the Grid Haight. Regular hours will be Fridays at 17th and Carolina, from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., but chef/owner Carlos Altamirano (Mochica, Piqueo’s) hopes to snag a downtown spot soon. See the delicious sounding menu below, and follow them on Twitter for locational updates.
