Fork Gets Your Goat With a New Dinner Series

Fork’s Terence Fuery kicks off a new Sustainable Dinner series on June 22 with Bruce Weinstein and Mark Scarbrough, authors of Goat: Meat, Milk, and Cheese. And as you may have already the guessed, the $45 multi-course meal will highlight the mighty goat, which is both the world’s most consumed animal, and its most sustainable, in may of its forms. Reservations are a must, and seatings start at 5 p.m.
