Lydia Shire will be the first chef to design a special menu for the Tanglewood Opening Night Gala Dinner on July 8. The Boston Symphony Orchestra shared her Tuscan-themed inaugural menu with us, and it looks terrific. The opening night music is exclusively Italian, so the food might as well be, too! Have a look at what Shire plans to cook when she heads to the Berkshires.
