El Burrito Express, which was born out of Celia’s Mexican Restaurant (4019 Judah Street) 30 years ago — owner Mila Lopez-Havlicek is the daughter of Celia’s owners — is ringing in their birthday this year with various promotions at their two locations in the Sunset and Western Addition. Also, they’ve been going crazy with the YouTube, making some homemade ads for themselves that are homages to those beach-side Corona commercials, except with burritos and an “Eat Responsibly” tagline.
